Beyond Preservation

In October of 2011 The Ridges Sanctuary took a big first step into a new era by purchasing the Sandpiper Restaurant property on the corner of Ridges Road and Highway 57. The purchase is phase one of an ambitious campaign to raise $3 million to build a an interpretive center on the sight, construct new trails, and restore the preserve's iconic Range Lights.
